Sharon's flag

All animals on the Shire are now required by Spotbottom protocol to do a jaunty jig under the flag as they pass. If they do not, well dire doesn't rhyme with Shire for nothing. As a side note, tire, fire, and wire do rhyme with Shire for nothing.
